Follow Steps:-
- Turn on your printer and connect to the computer. If there are any pending job cancel it.
- Disable your antivirus program / Windows Defender.
- Download Adjustment Program free from given link.
If you want to download your desired file for free, you have to wait a few seconds, after a few seconds the download link will appears.
You have to wait 30 seconds.
- Extract zip file.
- Run Adjprog.exe file.
- The program access code is: i-loadzone.com (enter only the first time next time it can be enabled)
- Then go to select button and choose your printer model, choose USB port with your printer name and click on OK.
- After that click on particular adjustment mode.
- Then choose Waste Ink Pad Counter and click on OK.
- Put tick mark ☑ Main Pad Counter, ☑ Platen pad counter and ☑ Ink System pad counter.
- Click on Check to view you printer counter points. You will see ink pad counter points.
- Again tick the ☑ Main Pad Counter, ☑ Platen pad counter and ☑ Ink System pad counter.
- Click on Initialization.
- Click on OK.
- Again Click on OK. Now, there is an option to restart your printer.
- Turn off your printer and turn on again.
